In improv—and in life—we often find ourselves stuck in a loop of overthinking, second-guessing, and self-editing. Our minds race with “what ifs” and “should haves,” pulling us away from the magic of the present. But great improv happens when we release those mental roadblocks and dive fully into the now—our scene partners, the space around us, and the energy of the moment. We’ll explore techniques to break free from the trap of overthinking. You’ll learn to quiet that inner critic, embrace your instincts, and discover the freedom of being fully here.
